Honestly, it's not as bad as the reviews said. The lady at the front desk was very nice, I lost my 5 dollars bill to the drinking machine and didn't get it back because this is my first time in the US, she helped me and gave me 5 dollars, big thanks to her! The room was pretty neat, but the hallway smells a little bit funny, The Windows section needs some cleaning, though. Staff were really friendly! Breakfast has sausages, overall an 8/10 experience.
I see all these negative reviews and I don’t get it! For the price, it was clean,the perfect Location,breakfast was good,property outside was in great shape,Megan,who checked us in was the sweetest! Over all,I am in awe at some of the complaining about it … go stay at the Hilton if that is what you’re looking for !!! We will be back for our annual Conway trip and will be booking here
The location is great. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are good. Only a short distance from some great places to go too. I would definitely stay here again
Mind you, it is an old hotel at a very low price point. There are definitely signs of wear and tear, but for the price point, they really try their best to offer the best value. We were a bit worried about the reviews, but we actually really enjoyed our stay. Some of the nice touchs that made our stay enjoyable include A. Breakfast buffet (7-9:30am) was quite amazing. One of the best options I've had among the hotels I've stayed at for a similar price point. First day, there were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns. Second day, there were cheese omelets, pancakes, sausages. There were coffee, yogurts, milk, oatmeal, apples, oranges, and juices everyday. B. They offer 24/7 starbucks coffee/hot chocolate/teas. - Such an amazing touch! We really appreciated being able to take a take out coffee cup before our long drive back home. C. The beds were decent and the sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean enough. D. They offered decent shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and a hairdryer - really nice touch. E. Water pressure/hot water in the shower was AMAZING. Felt so relaxing after a day trip in a cold rainy weather. F. They had a real fire in the fireplace in the hall area. The decors were beautiful and cozy. G. Staff said "good morning" and were friendly. H. The Christmas tree in the breakfast area was a nice touch.
